Shipping & returns


There are some situations in which it’s necessary to return an item; either it doesn’t fit your needs or in rare cases, the product is defective. Our policy is to accept returns on any of our products for up to 30 days after purchase.

We will pay for the shipping back to us if the item is defective or not as described.  If you found a better price we will try to match it to avoid the hassles of return.  If the item has been damaged in shipping, you are not responsible.  Accept the box and indicate “damaged box” upon signing for the delivery.  We will ask you to photograph the item, the box and the labels and will start a return process (if required).  HP printers have good packaging, most of the time a damaged box does not mean a damaged printer.

If you want to return the item because you simply changed your mind, that’s ok too; however we may ask you to pay the shipping cost to return the unit. 

We also ask that you do not purchase multiple printers before making sure it is what you want.  Returning multiple printers is a lot more difficult than returning just 1 (transport damage; wear on tear on the box, shipping costs).  If you need multiple units, and you are worried about losing the stock while you test the initial unit, we will hold the stock for you for up to a week giving you plenty to time to receive the printer, install it and makes sure it suits your needs.  Call us if you need multiple units but would first like to test one.

At Business Printers, we aim to provide excellent service to our customers.  We will do everything we can to help you find the right printer for your business.  We are an HP Authorized reseller in the US and in Canada.  

Refunds or Exchanges

We make returning products as easy and as straightforward as possible. Here is what you can expect when you need to get a refund or a replacement product:

  •  Initiate a return by email or by phone*
  •  Repack the printer in the original box as best as you can
  •  Wait for courier to pick it up (courier will bring labels)
  •  You will receive a 100% refund on your order

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges as products may not be available or may not be at the same price.  We will refund you fully and you will be required to purchase a new unit, if available.
